This partnership came together organically. Susan Campbell, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Ollon, first came across Eric Rafat and FoundersBeta while researching on LinkedIn, and immediately saw the potential connection between the two organizations. What stood out was how naturally their visions aligned. Chris Ellefson, Founder and CTO of Ollon, has been a committed advocate for Canadian tech entrepreneurs from the very beginning, supporting the ecosystem through advisory work, internships that often lead to full-time roles, and a company vision focused on helping startups and scale-ups access fractional technical and leadership services.
