Estora

Streamlining site operations with backend alignment

Estora, a medicinal cannabis brand preparing for a regulatory shift, needed a sales platform integrated with AmpleOrganics, its product management system, to replace manual inventory workflows. Ollon built a new frontend portal connecting product data, blog content, and order processing into one system. Estora ran on that platform with real time inventory visibility for the rest of its operation.

Estora, a medicinal cannabis brand was preparing for a shift in the regulatory landscape and needed to modernize its digital operations. The business required a sales platform that integrated directly with its internal product management system to reduce manual workflows and better manage inventory. At the same time, they wanted to enhance their website with a more cohesive and modern user experience.

Ollon built a new frontend portal that connected to the client’s existing infrastructure, including their product database and content systems. The solution included streamlined integration for product data, customer sign-in, blog content, and order processing, enabling easier updates and better system interoperability.

The integrated platform improved customer experience and provided the client with more reliable access to real time product information. With a unified frontend and backend system, the client could more efficiently manage inventory and digital operations. The client operated the new system with support from Ollon before transitioning following business closure.

Our Expertise in Action

Business System Integrations

Estora needed its new sales platform to work directly against the internal system it already used to manage cannabis product inventory. Ollon connected the new frontend to Estora's existing product database, content system, and order processing, so that changes made in one place showed up correctly everywhere else. Customer sign in and blog content were brought into that same connected structure alongside the product and order data. The result was a single frontend that pulled from and fed back into systems Estora was already running, cutting down the manual work of keeping product and inventory data in sync.

Custom application development

Estora was running its cannabis business across several separate systems, an internal product database, a content platform, and an order processing tool, that were never built to work together. Ollon built a custom React frontend portal designed specifically to sit on top of all of them, giving customers and staff one interface. The portal handled product data, blog content, and order processing in a single connected flow, replacing the manual work of keeping separate systems in sync.
