DevOps and infrastructure management

Deployments across more than 50 applications ran through inconsistent, largely manual processes, and fragmented tooling meant no two application teams shipped code the same way. Ollon assessed the existing Bamboo pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes infrastructure, then established consistent deployment standards and automated the manual steps creating delays and operational risk. Building those standards as reusable patterns meant a fix made for one application's pipeline could be applied to the next without starting from scratch. That consistency let the organization start shipping features faster without each deployment carrying the same risk as before.

Legacy system modernization

A logistics and transportation company's fifty plus applications ran through a Bamboo 7 pipeline configured by hand in the UI instead of tracked in code, with only about ten percent of applications running in containers and database schema changes still applied manually from scripts kept in SVN. Ollon assessed that setup and designed a modernization plan built on version controlled Bamboo Specs, laying out how to containerize the applications and automate database migrations, with five representative projects picked to prove the pattern before wider rollout. That plan gave the organization a concrete, sequenced path to modernize its pipeline and its remaining applications instead of a generic best practices document.
